Improving your German language skills in a classroom and professional environment is possible with AILS! Choose the Gap Year program in Germany and embark on an unforgettable experience. This two-part program will allow you to meet international students and gain expertise in German culture and professional language. During the courses, the person in charge of your internship will assist you in crafting your resume and cover letter, as well as preparing you for various interviews, enabling you to start your professional experience on the desired dates. This program is ideal for young individuals seeking a professional experience in a specific field (see below) abroad.
Prerequisites:
- Age: 18 to 26 years old
- Minimum level: B1
- Educational level: High school diploma, vocational training certificate, Bachelor's degree, A-levels
Program Details:
- 6 weeks of intensive English language courses
- 12 to 24 weeks of unpaid internship

Administration, Architecture, Design & Creation, Fashion, Secretarial work, Accounting, Finance, Communication - Media, Marketing, Human Resources, Tourism, Hospitality/Restaurant, Sales/Customer Service, Engineering, Law, Events, Financial Services, Insurance, Education, Real Estate, Import-export, Information Technology, Construction... Individual room - shared bathroom - half-board Location: 30 to 50 minutes from the school by public transportation.
AILS Recommendation: Students typically only book accommodation for the first few weeks of classes. During the internship phase, it is recommended to find shared accommodation near the company's location.
