By registering, you agree to the general terms and conditions of sale of AILS.
To register, simply fill out the registration form on the side and return it to us, accompanied by a deposit of CHF 700.- for Switzerland or EUR 500.- for individuals wishing to pay in euros. We recommend that you register as early as possible, especially for stays during the summer. Registration will be considered effective only if it is submitted to us in writing via the registration form or through our websites.
Upon receipt of your registration and deposit, you will receive a confirmation within 10 days. In the event that the program is full, AILS undertakes to fully refund the deposit. Approximately 10 weeks before your departure, you will receive your invoice, which must be paid within 8 days (upon receipt for late registrations). You will receive your final dossier with the address of your accommodation two weeks before your departure. Full payment must be made before your departure.
In case of non-payment of the deposit or invoice, your reservation may be canceled by AILS, applying the cancellation conditions mentioned in section 4.
Any changes to your reservation must be communicated to us in writing and will incur a minimum processing fee of CHF 50.- / EUR 50.- and a maximum of CHF 200.- / EUR 200.-
A change of destination, school, or a reduction in the duration of courses or stay is considered a cancellation rather than a reservation change.
a - In the event of cancellation of your language stay, please notify us by registered mail as soon as possible. The deposit of CHF 700.-/EUR 500.- is invoiced per person. The amount of the insurance contracted with AILS remains due.
b - If you need to cancel or change the reservation for an AILS service less than 45 days before departure, the following fees will be charged in addition to those mentioned in section 3. The date taken into account for the calculation below is the date of receipt of the letter, not the date of sending. In the event that the cancellation of the stay occurs after already postponing the start date of the program, the following calculation will be applied only to the originally scheduled date of the initial registration. The postponed start date is not included in this calculation.
45-20 days before departure: 30% of the invoice
19-8 days before departure: 60% of the invoice
7-5 days before departure: 80% of the invoice - less than 5 days before departure: 100% of the invoice
Once the stay has started, no refund will be made by AILS. If you need to cancel or change the reservation for services provided by other organizers (airline, hotel, car rental) whether or not through AILS, you must contact the respective organizer directly. Their own cancellation conditions will apply.
AILS reserves the right to modify the prices indicated on its websites in the event of changes such as increases in transport costs, introduction or, reached cutoff
