The CES Language Center has been in existence for over 30 years and was one of the first English schools in the city. The two buildings that make up the school are located in the city center, between Trinity College and Dublin Castle, close to all the city's attractions. The school has a total of 25 classrooms, two computer rooms, a cafeteria, and a rooftop garden in each building. Wi-Fi connection is also available throughout the school. The Dame Court building has recently been completely renovated and now offers students on language stays colorful and modern classrooms for an even better learning environment.
The school offers several programs and options to suit your needs for your language stay:
Standard Course: Designed for students of all levels (beginner to advanced) and consists of 20 lessons of 55 minutes per week. Classes are held in the morning, leaving your afternoons free.
Standard Plus Course: An intensive program consisting of 26 lessons of 55 minutes per week. You will follow the "Standard Course" in the morning and have three additional afternoon classes to enhance your speaking skills.
Standard Plus Business Course: A program of 26 lessons of 55 minutes per week, ideal for those who want to master Business English. Intermediate level is required to enroll in this program.
Standard Plus 5 Individual Lessons: A program of 25 lessons of 55 minutes per week. You will follow the "Standard Course" in the morning and have individual lessons in the afternoon. The teacher will assess your level and prepare exercises tailored to your personal needs.
Cambridge FCE and CAE Exam Preparation Courses: Excellent option for those seeking an official certificate of their English proficiency. Both programs start on specific dates and last for 9 or 13 weeks.
Homestay: The school has an excellent network of carefully selected host families who provide a true immersion experience. You will have a single or twin room with shared bathroom and half-board service.
Crestfield and Auburn House Residence: This residence offers single and twin rooms with private bathrooms and Wi-Fi access. Additionally, there is a shared kitchen and common room available for students. The residence is conveniently located in the residential area of Whitehall with various transportation options to the city center.
Shanowen Square Residence: This residence offers apartments for 3, 4, or 5 students, with each student having an individual room. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals and internet access.
YWCA Student Residence: The school also offers the option to stay in the city center in double and single rooms with private bathrooms and internet access. Half-board service is provided, as well as the use of a tea and coffee machine. The residence is a 20-minute walk from the school.

The Temple Bar district, where the school is located, is full of typical pubs, clubs, and various restaurants. Dublin also boasts many architectural wonders, such as St. Patrick's Cathedral dating back to the 5th century, and Dublin Castle, the former center of British power in Ireland. As a city of arts, Dublin is home to numerous theaters and art galleries, with the National Art Gallery being one of the most renowned. Don't miss the visit to the St. James's Gate Brewery, where the famous Guinness has been brewed since 1759.
