Considering a language trip for your teenagers during their school holidays at Kings School in Bournemouth, England, is an opportunity to combine learning with enjoyment. The school strives to provide excellent quality training to enhance their English skills through interesting, motivating, and interactive lessons. The 15 hours of weekly English classes are offered for all levels, from beginner to advanced, and are accompanied by a variety of sports activities, sightseeing, and excursions.
The programs offered take place from Monday to Friday, both during the day and in the evening. Sports activities include games such as badminton, volleyball, football tournaments, mini-olympics, and swimming. Students can also enjoy social activities such as movie nights, barbecues, disco nights, karaoke nights, talent contests, themed parties, and much more. In addition, excursions are planned, lasting either half a day or a full day. This is an opportunity for young people to discover the treasures that beautiful cities in England, such as London, Oxford, Windsor, Winchester, Bath, and other memorable places, have to offer.
During their language stay, participants have several accommodation options. The Lulworth Summer Residence, located a 15-minute walk from Kings School in Bournemouth, offers apartments with 6 to 8 individual bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, as well as a shared kitchen and living room. The Charminster Student Residence, located 20 minutes from the school, offers single or double rooms with private bathrooms. Participants can also choose to stay with carefully selected host families located a short bus ride away from Kings School, where they will share a double room. In all cases, meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are provided every day, and packed lunches are distributed during outdoor activities.
Airport transfers are organized from London Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton airports, and from London St Pancras train station.
