The Berlin College program for young adult students takes place on the beautiful campus of the GLS German school, located in the heart of the trendy Prenzlauer Berg district.

The campus is located on Kastanienallee, also known as the Casting Alley, because many film and fashion shoots take place here. You'll find numerous performance venues, cafes, restaurants, trendy shops, and fashion designers. This language stay will allow you to discover all the must-see places in Berlin while rapidly improving your German language skills!
The German language courses offered by GLS school are of excellent quality. They strike a great balance between necessary theoretical training for developing everyone's basic skills and various role-playing activities, conversations, and oral expression exercises that make learning German enjoyable. The German classes take place in the afternoon, allowing international young students to participate in diverse activities held in the morning and later in the day. All lessons are interactive and fun, emphasizing group work and oral presentations. This program is suitable for students at the elementary, intermediate, or advanced level in German. Unfortunately, beginners are not accepted into this program. Additionally, the campus provides bright and well-equipped classrooms for a playful and interactive German learning experience. It also features a restaurant, cafeteria, library, and apartments where young international students are accommodated. With the wide range of activities offered and the magnificent campus facilities, participants are sure to have a truly successful language stay!
The supervised activity program includes two activities per day in Berlin, such as visiting the Museum Island, biking tours of Berlin, boat rides on the Spree, urban art workshops, and more. One activity will be organized in the morning, and the second in the evening. A full-day excursion is arranged once a week to visit places outside of Berlin, such as the lakes in Potsdam, Wannsee, or Schlachtensee. A public transportation pass must be purchased for the duration of the stay (approximately €30 per week). This pass can be bought on-site or upon arrival.
The school offers collective or individual transfers upon arrival and departure for an additional fee. Transfers are organized from Berlin airport. Please ensure to adhere to the specified arrival and departure days and times listed below:
