Giving your teenagers the opportunity to experience a language stay in London with St Giles means allowing them to improve their English while exploring one of the world's most dynamic and iconic cities. Located in the prestigious Bloomsbury district, this program combines engaging and interactive English lessons with activities and excursions that immerse students in British culture. With 20 lessons per week, tailored to all levels, and a program full of discoveries, it offers the perfect balance between learning and enjoyment.
The junior program at St Giles in London offers a unique immersion in university life in the historic Bloomsbury district, on the modern campus of University College London (UCL). This central location combines the vibrancy of the British capital with the tranquility of its surrounding gardens and parks.
Students will enjoy a structured experience in an environment conducive to learning and discovery. They will participate in various activities and exciting excursions to London's iconic attractions, such as the London Eye, the Tower of London, and even a Thames River cruise.
Participants will stay in single rooms at Ramsay Hall residence, with shared bathrooms (1 for every 6 rooms). This modern residence offers convenient amenities:
• Self-service laundry.
• Vending machines.
• Towels provided.
• Full board included:
• Breakfast and dinner served on-site.
• Lunches taken in the city, with packed lunches or meal vouchers provided during excursions.
Staff is available 24/7 to ensure the students' safety and well-being, offering them a comfortable and reassuring environment.
Students will take 20 English lessons per week (16.7 hours), spread over five days. The classes, held in small groups of up to 15 students, focus on:
• Strengthening language skills.
• An interactive and dynamic teaching approach, adapted to all levels.
A rich and varied program of activities and outings is offered to ensure a fun and memorable experience:
• Afternoon and evening activities: sports, karaoke nights, bowling, cinema, student discos…
Two full-day and two half-day excursions to must-see sites such as the Tower of London, the London Eye, or a Thames River cruise.
