ESE School offers its junior programs in two centers, depending on the chosen accommodation and program. Some students will have English classes at the Salini Resort residence-hotel in Salini Bay, while others will attend classes at the ESE School in St Julian's. Both centers are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for teaching. Students also have access to various relaxation areas to socialize between classes.
Recognized by the Maltese Ministry of Education, ESE School in Malta is located in Salini Bay or St Julian's, depending on the chosen accommodation. It welcomes young students aged 9 to 17 years old. The classes are held in air-conditioned rooms and taught by teachers selected for their skills and extensive experience. The lessons are designed to be dynamic and interactive, enabling students to make rapid progress. The language program includes a choice of 20 or 30 English lessons, depending on the participant's age, with each lesson lasting 45 minutes. Each student receives a certificate of completion at the end of the course. The lessons take place in half-day sessions, with the other half-day dedicated to leisure activities and exploring the region.
In addition to English classes, teenagers can engage in various activities, including cultural outings, sports activities (football, basketball, beach volleyball, sailing, diving, squash, tennis, horseback riding, etc.), educational visits, themed evenings, barbecues, and more. This allows them to make rapid progress while feeling like they are on vacation.
Two sports options are available:
During their language stay in Salini Bay, teenagers are accommodated at Salini Resort, a beautiful 4-star hotel with indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, a sauna, and more. They stay in air-conditioned rooms, some of which offer sea views, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The rooms are equipped with a bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and a radio. They also enjoy full board with breakfast in the morning and hearty buffets for lunch and dinner. The hotel also has spacious and bright classrooms where English lessons take place.
Students opting for homestay accommodation have their classes at ESE School in St Julian's. They have breakfast and dinner with the host family, while lunch is provided as a packed meal. The rooms are shared among several students. Transportation between the host families and the school is organized by the school.
Learning English in Malta is an excellent way to discover a Mediterranean island known for its remarkable historical, cultural, and natural sites, as well as its mild climate. Young students can enjoy the beautiful Bugibba beach or explore the city of St Paul's Bay, which is home to numerous interesting monuments and historical sites such as Wignacourt Tower, St. Paul's Cathedral, or the National Aquarium, to name a few. Excursions will also take them to charming nearby towns such as Valetta, Sielma, or Mdina. It's an ideal opportunity to improve English skills while enjoying an unforgettable vacation.
A member of the team will pick up the participants upon their arrival at the airport at any time. This transfer, as well as the return, is included in the price of the stay.
