For young explorers, Toronto unveils a world of discoveries with its diverse neighborhoods, each with its own unique atmosphere. From lively waterfront strolls to the hidden gems of various districts, iconic attractions, and urban parks where skateboarding and basketball offer perfect leisure moments, the city opens up like a book of endless adventures. Whether wandering through its bustling streets, capturing street art, or simply enjoying an ice cream while strolling on Toronto Island, every corner presents a new chapter to explore, making each stay a unique story to tell.
The program is located in Downtown Toronto, a vibrant district filled with numerous shopping and discovery opportunities. Students will have their lessons on the St. George’s campus. Surrounded by the historic buildings of the university, the campus is set on the green grounds of the University of Toronto, just a short walk from Queen’s Park.
Students are placed with carefully selected host families, ensuring not only safety and comfort but also a full language immersion experience. Bedrooms and bathrooms are shared, and families provide full board, including a packed lunch for students. The host families are located approximately one hour from the school by public transport.
Each week, students are assigned exciting projects that allow them to delve into various subjects, refine their research and presentation skills, and apply their English in a practical and authentic way.
With a strong focus on oral communication, the Teen Activity program ensures rapid and tangible progress in mastering English, thanks to engaging and interactive classes. Opt for our intensive program for a more in-depth academic experience, featuring 20 lessons per week, university campus visits, and much more.
From discovering local wonders to fun activities such as the CES Olympics and Zumba classes, the program offers a balanced exploration of language and culture. Enjoy your Saturdays with exciting excursions, and immerse yourself in a variety of afternoon activities, ranging from yoga to visits to historical sites such as Trinity College, not to mention must-see destinations like Toronto Island.
Airport transfers (mandatory and included) are arranged for arrival and departure at Toronto Airport.
